How can I delete my Fleep account?

We’re sorry to see you leave... But if you’re really certain that you wish to close your Fleep account, then follow the steps below.

Deleting your free Fleep account

1. Sign in to your Fleep account on a computer
2. Click on Account from the account menu:

3. In the view that appears, click on the DELETE ACCOUNT button at the very bottom:

4. Continue the validation steps: first, type in DELETE in the popup that appears, and then click the account deletion confirmation link sent to your primary email's inbox. A view like this will confirm the deletion of your account:

All messages and files posted by the deleted account will remain in Fleep if any other users have access to them. Any messages and files that no other account has access to will be permanently deleted from Fleep servers after 14 days of account deletion, in compliance with EU laws.

Deleting your Fleep for Business account

If you are a Fleep for Business user, then your organization admins can delete your account from the User accounts list in the Admin panel.

All messages and files posted by the deleted account will remain in Fleep if any other users have access to them. Any messages and files that no other account has access to will be permanently deleted from Fleep servers after 14 days of account deletion, in compliance with EU laws.
