How can I organize my conversations with labels?

Labels help you manage and organize your conversations in any way that fits your needs.You can decide which conversations are shown in the conversation list, and which conversations appear under Recents or the Muted system labels, for example.

You can organize your conversation labels in the Manage labels view - just click on your profile in the bottom left corner of the interface and choose 'Manage labels' from the menu that appears. 

In this view, you can:

  • rearrange, edit and delete existing labels
  • create new labels
  • configure which labels are shown in the conversation list (on the left pane in the desktop versions and the list of conversations in the mobile apps)
  • configure whether conversations with any particular custom label will be shown under the Recent and Muted system labels
