Unfortunately, no. You can only connect one email address per Fleep account.
If you wish to manage 2 or more email accounts from Fleep, you can do this by registering several Fleep accounts. You can then connect each email account to a separate Fleep account, and manage them by making use of the Multiple Accounts support in Fleep:
