You can disconnect your email account from Fleep any time from the Email settings view on the desktop app (not available on mobile apps). Just click on your profile in the bottom left corner of the user interface, and choose Email settings from the menu that appears:
In the Email settings view, just click on the Disconnect button and then confirm you wish to disconnect your email account:
