You can permanently delete an entire conversation for all users only if:
1. you are a Fleep for Business admin
and
2. the conversation was created as a Premium conversation.
and

If both of the above apply, then follow the steps below to delete a conversation permanently.
First, open the Admin panel and navigate to Conversations (from your account menu in the desktop version of Fleep or simply go to fleep.io/admin/conversations). Here, find the conversation you wish to delete and click on the three-dot icon to launch the conversation actions menu. In the popup menu that appears, choose “Delete permanently”:
To prevent accidental deletions, a confirmation popup will be shown to make sure you really wish to delete the conversation:
Once you have confirmed the deletion, it's done! This is how the deleted conversation will look to all members after the permanent deletion:
